I have a 1999 40hp four stroke that will not run. Trying to clean / replace the high pressure fuel pump, but having problems getting to it. I have removed all the cowling, flywheel cover, fuel lines, and nuts & bolts that seem to hold the intake manifold. but the intake will not come off - what can be holding the intake manifold on?
I have looked at this thing from every angle and can't find anything still securing it - what am in missing?
