How to fix AIC

We run 225hp suzuki's, i have been having problems with the IAC, where i start up and the engine dies and we get a double beep them chck engine 3-1.

Have tried to adjust the screw but yet it comes back.

any thoughts?

Might try removing it and cleaning it sometimes works.

Thanks Will try that again.

will do a compete clear up of the throttle body and spark etc to see if all the oil around the area is the cause.

any other methods?

Was just going through manual I see a note
Note-2. This condition will be caused by a clogged pressure detect passage on intake manifold
Picture is showing in the part the MAP sensor fits into a small passage (page 3-41)
Worth a look if you have not already done so
