df 70 tiller tilt n trim

TT works going down only. No movement....no clicking in up position. Both switches. Understand may be a relay problem. Where are the relays?

not for sure on a DF 70 , I have a DF 115 and relays are under panel that says fuses on port side of motor . I would assume they would be in same place on Df 70
