throtlle problems with 70 dt 2006

help me I have a 70 hp 4 stroke 2006
when i throttle above 300 rpm motor cannot mantain acceleration, goes up and down ,then when idle sound good but when throttle goes above 3000 the motor deccel and accel ,help me
I allready change high and low pressure filters whats the next step

Needs to fuel pressure tested and may need to have check with computer diagnostic.
