fuse problem df140

took off the top couling to check my oil and was looking around and found the 60amp fuse was burnt and bubbled on one side but the fuse was still good . what could short that ont i have conn to everything trhe book said to check. thanks for your help Steve

Look for loose wires, clean and tighten battery cables, check cable connections at engine.
