115 efi, No power, only clicks, help please......

My 1995 Suzuki 115 efi won't start. The tilt & trim work, until I try to start it. Engine won't start, it only clicks. Then, tilt & trim doesn't work either. Hours later, tilt & trim work again. But upon trying to start, engine only clicks & tilt & trim stop working again. I have replaced two fuses and battery, but no luck. My boat has run well for two years, since I bought it. I'm a boating newbie & any advice is greatly appreciated.

Check the leads between the battery and the engine. Simple way - use auto jump leads to connect battery to engine. If engine works OK, replace the main leads. They do break down with time...

Thanks, it does appear to be the positive cable. $20 fix. Appreciate it!!!!!!!
