Df 90 Pee Hole

I have just returned from a trip and was flushing motor out and noticed that the small plastic cover on the opening beside the Pee Hole was missing.
Is this part am intergral part? If so how can I get a replacement?
Air chugs out around this area?

There is a Exhaust relief hole on back, no plug should be in it.

Thx for that, the one that was originally in there had a hole through it by memory!!
