dt200 rough idle and dies

Hi all i am new to this board
so please be gentle. I have a dt200 and i am tring to work throught a problem i have. It will start with a bit of throttle but as soon as i bring the lever back it idles down and dies. Also the idle is very rough. Any help would be great.

My DF 70 was doing the same thing. I tried a bunch of different things and fuel additives. A tank treated with Star Tron seems to have cleaned things up and I got my idle back. My engine was acting just like yours.

Sound like you have a fuel flow issue...clogged at one of the filters, pump or injector? What year is the motor and how many hours are on her? Might want to change the fuel filters and run some StarTron as Bone Shaker suggested. Might want to check your tank and make sure your not picking up some crud if the filter do not work.

Stalls

First what year is DT200 carb or fuel injection. Check compression and spark. Keep plugs in order and see if they all look alike.
