I have one with less than 30hrs on it and it seems to vibrate more than I think it shoule. It's smooth at idle (800rpm) and begins to vibrate at about 1500rpm and remains consistent all the way to top rpm. It makes my hand go numb and I used a 60" aluminum extension. Anyone else have this issue? Is it normal or am I just making a big deal over nothing?
It vibrates in gear or in neutral. Can't be the prop. It's smooth (in/out of gear) up to about 1500rpm then it starts vibrating to the point that I can't read the RPMs on my tiny tach (which is attached to the cowling by the pull cord). The vibration is consistent in frequency and severity. I'm just looking to see if anyone has the same engine with the same issue, or if theirs runs smooth.
