Had a 2004 HPDI 250 that grenaded. After quite a bit of looking I went with the df250tx 4 stroke. I dropped my 2004 lund pro v 2025 off today to get the new motor installed and rigged. I CAN'T WAIT to run this motor. Anybody running a df250 on a similar boat? What kind of speed are you getting and which prop are yoy running. Would appreciate any input.

I am running the DF225 on a 22' Bay boat and see 60 - 64 mph with a 3 x 16 x 23R prop -
Thanks for the info. I went with a 3 blade 16 x 23 also from powertech. I'll post what kind of speed I get on my Lund. My boat weighs 1900lbs dry. Do you know how much your boat weighs? ThanksComment
