broken ziptie in lower unit

First off hi to everyone. I just bought a Fish Rite w/ 70 hp 4 stroke. I went to check lower unit oil level. The level wasnt to the top of the fill hole so i put a ziptie in a ways and when I went to pull it out it got wedged and broke off. The ziptie was brittle and about 2-3 inches fell out of sight. Any thoughts on how to remove it. Any help will be much appreciated.
