hi,all newby to the site,can anyone give me some advice.have a 2.5 4 stroke ,thats brand new,its been in the corner of a heated garage for 4 years,did start it for a few seconds, then turned it off, pumped water ok.but had been put on its side for a few hours before that.#[notice small amont of oil on casing
]}any advice on getting it ready..thanks,rich,,
