Took my new outboard with approx 35 hours on it and after 5 minutes is stalled out. I tried to start the boat again but it seemed like it was starving for gas. I got home and took off the inline fuel filter from my boat and it seemed a little cloudy. The filter is from January and all the fuel was replaced before my new outboard was installed. After attempting to start the boat I would get Three beeps with one second intervals in-between? I do not have access to codes and not sure what this code represents. No lights were flashing on the tack either. I replaced the filter just for kicks and the boat turned over and ran with no issues. Could this by my only issue? Should I look into anything else? Thank You
