How to lift DF70?

I have a 2000 DF70 that I need to lift off the transom so I can replace the steering cable. There appears to be some sort of lifting bracket just in front of the flywheel, but I don't see a second bracket anywhere that would balance it out when lifting.
Is this the only point I need to attach to and is it indeed the bracket I need to fasten to in order to lift the entire motor?

yep, it will hang by the single point quite easily, the engine must be tilted in the running position (full in)
