I have two df 70 and one motor has a hesitation when starting.It acts like there is a bad connection or weak battery but once it turns it starts right up.I have checked and cleaned and tightened all terminals and battery voltage is good as both my batteries are hooked up to tenders and also checked with voltage tester.The other motor just cranks right up like it should...any ideas?
