Help I have a 2008 DF175 outboard and when I take it out on the lake I cant get it to rev up past 2700 rpms. I drained all the old gas out and replaced it with fresh gas and treated it. The priming bulbs get really hard and the filter fills right up but it wont rev past 2700 rpms! Any idea what could be wrong?
