No water coming out of little hole in rear of motor

I have a DF 140 Suzuki 05. When i started the motor the check engine light was blinking a 32 code which is something with the map sensor. There was no water coming out the rear of the motor. I hooked a water hose to the side of the motor and when running, water came out the hole in the rear of the motor with the little rubber cap over it. Just wondering if anyone knows if this means passage way is just clogged or is it something bigger like a water pump or impeller?

The tell tale is just a plug that can easily be popped out. After popping it out, you can see for sure if there is water flow.

Take some Weed Wacker plastic string and run it up the pee hole first. This will rule out any obstruction in the line. This worked for me on my DT 115 last week. it stopped peeing so I changed the impeller but the problem was still there till I tried this fix.
