Dt25c shuts off when put in gear

1992 dt25c. New water pump, thermo, spark plugs, and gas. Starts easy and runs ok sitting but bogs down n shuts off when you put it in gear?

Also Doesn't pee much from telltail but plenty of water comes out above water exaust port. When i had lower unit off for water pump, i putthe hose on the copper intake n water came out everwhere it should so why not pee when running?

Also motor came with oil tank removed n had been run with 50:1 mix which is what i mixed w new gas.

May need to clean carbs. Check for blockage in pee hose and fittings.
