1998 DT225 efi Value???

Hi, I am trying to put a value on this motor I am considering purchasing . It appears to be in excellent mechanical and physical condition. The owner claims it has been meticulously maintained. No hour gauge but he used seasonally 4 months every year on weekends and he said it sat at the beach most of the day. Never had any problems.

So assuming he is an honest man which I do believe him to be and the compression is all good, what is it worth with a Suzuki stainless prop and controls?

Also is there any reason why I should steer clear of this year/model?
