Won't plane

I have a 1995 dt65 and when i put the lever in the full forward position, the motor dies. I have rebuiltcarbs,, new fuel screen in filter, clean fuel in a portable fuel tank . The high idle lever works perfect. Thanks bigjm

If it runs well at idle through midrange, have someone check to see if the fuel primer bulb is staying firm while underway, could be the fuel pump.
