df 175 wiring

I am replacing a 2003 Johnson 90 4 stroke (Suzuki motor)
with a 2008 Suzuki DF175
the boat has omc wiring 3 dutush plugs, key in dash not control box
is there an adapter to go from the 175 square plug to the omc harness if so where can I get it and do I have to change the tach
also if there is not an adapter where can I get a complete wiring harness (tach trim volt etc)

they act like if i need this i should have brought it to them

what would have to be done to change a 25" shaft to a 20" shaft
might like to put this motor on a different boat but need a 20'" shaft

To shorten would need to remove extension block between gearcase and mid section, replace drive shaft, shift shaft and water tube.
