2000 df25 seized

Hi, i have a 2000 df25 that stop suddenly and now it's really hard to turn even with the spark plug remove.The motor had no noise before, could it be the water pump or a bearing on the driveshaft that seized? i will remove the lower unit tommorow to see if something wrong there. Thanks Pat

just remove lower unit and it's seized, apparently the lower seal give up and the oil go away. Pat
