does the water pump case (17411-95206 ) have a seal in the port for the drive shaft ???

The top edge of the impeller seals against the top wear surface of the water pump case, no need for any additional seal on the driveshaft.

Peehole water outlet

My water coming out of the tell tale pee hole is hotter than the exhaust water. New impeller installed. Does this mean the water pump housing is worn to much ??
