Motor is 1990 carburetored model. Starts when cold but runs rough between idle an 1800rpm even when it warms up ...from 1800 to WOT it runs smoothly. Once motor is turned off and cooled a bit it becomes very hard to start - have tried every setting on the throttle and choke. It eventually starts once I have let it sit for a while again. One thing I have noticed is that the solenoid for the choke does not seem to actuate more than an 1/8" or so although I have tried manually pushing it in - and that sometimes works. I think it is a fuel issue...any ideas?
