thermostat temp for Australia

hi all, need to order a thermostat for my DF115 in Australia but there seems to be 2 temps, 60 and 71 degrees. As the engine came from Europe I dont know if the correct one is fitted for here.
Our ambient temp is 20-38 deg and water is 20-25 deg celsius
