  • Suzuki DT150 Shaft stuck

I have read several post where the driveshaft is stuck in the crank end of the engine not allowing you to drop the foot. We have the same problem times 5. This is the fifth engine we have had the same problem on. go to drop the foot and the shaft is frozen in the bushing.

So I've read where someone had the same problem and had the mechanic leave that bushing out, with no running problems.

We have already cut the shaft, am going to have the machine shop remove the rest of the shaft and re-install a new one...again. (yes, we have tried everything to not cut the shaft and go this direction, but it ain't moving)

Ant thoughts on the bushing being left out?

Shouldn't be a problem with leaving it out.
