    Hi

New to this forum, I am hoping someone may be able to help me.
I have a Suzi 65 - 1995 vintage. Problem is with (I think) the ignition switch, on initial turn (from cold) of the key there is no response, after a few tries the starter motor will turn, after a couple of more turns the response is for the motor to fire up. I am expecting one day that there will be no response to turning the key. Any one had the same problem, if yes, would appreciate if you could help me.

You can take switch out and test it with continuity checks to each circuit.

      Hi
Thanks for the info on the ignition switch, yet to try, motor is 50 miles away from home
Also my trim sender has snapped, I think the part number is 34801-95310 or 34801-94710 Is it possible to purchase either new or second hand?

At last, after being told by a Suzuki "spe******t" that the ignition switch never fails. I took the bull by the horns and ordered a new switch from Cambrian Marine, delivered the following day - fitted following day. Since then engine starts first time no faltering at sea, now have confidence with the engine.
Still looking for a trim sender.

found trim sender on e bay. made from metal not plastic at a third of the cost of a Suzuki part. In my opinion far better quality, made I think in Cornwall.
