Control Box problem

I was looking to replace the throttle cable. When I put it all back together the motor will not turn over and I am getting a 2-2code? What would cause this? The motor started right up before this problem.

I appreciate any help.

Think it's just something simple like the throttle cable is not in correctly and stopping it shutting. Check the switch is making.
