2000 DF70 2-2 code

DF70 -When running it goes beep , the check engine light blinks twice, repeat.
It runs fine.
I think its a 2-2 code which is the CTP switch, which can only be bought with the throttle body for $340.
I will test continuity in the wire from the CTP switch to the ECU.
I will test the voltage when running at ECU connector D8 to see if its is 0 when the throttle is at idle and .5V when above 2500rpm.
Does this sound like I'm on the right track?
