2005 suzuki 200 fourstroke

I have a 2005 suzuki 200 fourstroke. It will not let me turn over 3000 rpms. I thought it could be fuel issues. So i drained pumped all the fuel from the tank and put new fuel in it. Ran good for a little while. Then it went back down to 3000 rpms. I had the injectors cleaned, replaced all pumps, hoses, filters and bulbs and nothing helps. Can someone please help me?!?!?!

Have the computur diagnosed, it is possible that motor is going into limp mode.
