Water flow problem

I am a new owner of a 2003 df15 4stroke.Started the motor and noticed no water flow from the outlet hole at the rear.I assume this indicates little or no water flow thru the engine.I have operated the engine for a while and do not see any outward signs of overheating.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Could have debri clogging the indicator hole, try blowing compressed air back through the water indicator.
