Hello, today had a friend over and we check wiring from console to motor , cleaned all battery connections and made sure the white wire was connected, have power at tilt and trim and starter but from there it is not going to console. Fuses are good at motor also. My next question is ,if brain got struck by lightning would I still get power to starter and tilt and trim at motor. I can't figure this out to save my life and really need some help.

Yes, the power from the battery goes directly to the starter relay (or isolation block) then splits to the trim relays and computer.

white wire locale
The white wire is in the wire harness under the console and travels to the starter motor compartment, to the positive terminal. Ihad some issues you described and after determining it was not the white wire, as it was clean and attached, I discovered it was my wire harness. There is also a positive and negative wire going to tachometer. If it doesn't see power, no start. I discovered my wire harness issue when I ran a jumper wire (pos and neg) from one of my trolling batteries under console to my tach. Beep, motor turned over. Drove me crazy till I found that.

This could be a cheap fix or an expensive one, the white wire is your main ignition feed, when you turn the key to the on position battery voltage will travel through a gray wire to your main power relay to earth in the ecm. It will also power up your tacho and the lights in it, when you say starter do you mean it cranks, if so you you must have ignition supply. Hook up a low powerd test light or multimeter and check the plug at the ignition switch going in and coming out if you have battery voltage on the gray wire with the key on trace it to the power relay and to pin 13 on the ecm if the test light lights up at pin 13 you have an expensive problem. I think the problem will be around the switch or wiring plug unless it did get hit by lightning.

One more thing
Under the console where the wires come out of the throttle and trim control, there are two wires that can be pulled apart. They are inside the little rubber protection thing that is supposed to keep out water. Pull them apart and clean them. If they are corroded it will not meet your start permissive.
