suzuki 3.5 outboard engine

hi i have a suzuki 3.5 hp outboard engine its been layed up for a few years changed plug got good spark starts second pull every time runs for 20 seconds stops and can start it again on second pull does the same and so on start on choke and full throtal taken carb off and cleaned every thing opening and closing fine what could it be many thanks colin

Sounds like still have plugged passage or jets in carb.
