DF 40 ignition coil

My df 40 was not staying idling today and then it sounded like it had dropped a cylinder so I wanted to check my spark plugs for fouling and when i pulled to coils the plastic was all melted. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem and or what might be causing it. My water pump was replaced two months ago and motor was fully serviced>
