Locate Kill Switch on 4-stroke 9.9

Just picked up a nice 1998 4-stroke 9.9 short shaft. There's a wire dangling under the tiller handle that looks to be connected to the magneto. But there's no kill switch.
There are two rubber knockouts on the starboard face of the Suzuki. Where would the kill switch be mounted and where would the "grounding" wire be run. I don't have a manual. A schematic sure would help. Thanks

The ground side of switch just goes to engine block ground, you can use any of those holes in cowling to mount stop switch.
