I have a 1990 Dt100 that just quit while i was traveling across the lake at 4300 rpm.I lost all spark. I checked the kill switch and thats good.Is there a chance the CDI box just went kput.Is there a way to test or what else could go wrong?

Need to test stator output, pulsor coils and CDI output voltage with a peak reading voltmeter to see which one is not within specs.

Thanks for the direction. I dont have a wire schematic for testing. Not sure witch wires to check would you have the schematics wire colour to check. Also what are the peramiters for these outputs? all information is greatly appreciated.Should i pull the flywheel to check any issues.

You would need to get the manual at http://genuinesuzukimanuals.com/ for procedures and test specs on ignition components.
