DF175 Fuse and Speedometer

There have a wire from engine to the battery, it should have a fuse on the line... it si 15A or 20A? since I lost the fuse and now I want to replace it. Also the whole in front of the gear box, it should be for use with the speedometer. But it stuck. I have use an air-compress to connect to the tube and try to pump it. But cannot work, any suggestion to make this whole clear and let my speedometer work again? Thanks for any suggestion

15 amp, according to the manual. My speedo gives up the ghost on occasion, but usually starts working again by itself. Yours must be clogged pretty hard. You might have to pull the lower unit to clear it. Don't have any really good ideas for you....sorry.
