  • DF40 LPH or GPH

    Hello, new to the forum.

Just purchased a new DF40 and it is being rigged to my 13' RHIB this week. I have found almost everything I need to know about this engine except for a lph/gph rating for it.

Does anyone know where to find this info, or have a ball park figure or formula I can use?

I have been a 2 stroker all my life so this is my first venture into the 4 stroke world.

Suzuki seems to have a great quality product and the local dealer made me an offer I couldn't turn down. I'll keep the old yammie in the garage as a backup, but I doubt I will feel the need to hang onto it very long.

Litre per hour or gallons per hour will be different with each application and it is operated, might look for boat test or performance bulletins on that model boat to get an idea of how much fuel it will use.
