Hey all, now poster here with a bit of a problem. I have I think about an '85 DT65. I'm not really sure of the year, the plate is long gone. Anyways, it runs great at idle, and sounds fine when I rev it in netural. But when I run it under a load, in gear and in the water it falls flat at WOT, sputters and surges. If I keep the throttle low it runs ok. I'm kida thinking it may need a tune up and carb cleaning, but I am by no means an outboard expert, what to ya'll think?
