My oil lamp is Blinking. I have read here about oil Change reset ritual? What is that?

That is when you need to reset the oil light, comes on to tell you its time to change the oil.

Will it stop automaticly if i change oil myself?

No, you will need to reset it, it will be in the owners manual how to do it, it varies from model to model, mine you pull the safety lanyard out, turn the key to on, pull the lanyard switch 3 or 4 times untill you hear a long beep, then turn the key off and reinstall the lanyard.
