I have a DT225 fuel injection engine. at idle or low rpm the bulb goes dry and the engine revs and quits. If I pump the bulb the engine will run. at high rpms running across the lake this never happens. i have replaced the fuel lines and the bulb I cant find any air leaks, the dip tube in the tank has no craks in it what could be the issue

Could be your low pressure mechanical fuel pump needs to be replaced. It is taking to much vaccume at low speeds.

fuel systems
You don't specify the configuration of your vessel, but
in the early diagnostic process of our own problem, we were
told by Suzuki that the onboard fuel pump was designed for
small, close proximity, close to operating level tanks, such as you
might find in a smaller fishing boat.
If you have a more remote keel tank, low in the boat, or mounted
midships/forward, you could need an auxiliary external step pump,
such as a Holley Marine, otherwise the engines small pump working
at low RPM, may not be able to draw sufficient fuel up-hill from a long
way away to sustain RPM levels.
We were told this condition could affect all, or any portion, of rated
RPM, depending on individual vessel rigging/layout.
