Boat motor not peeing

I just purchased a used 2002 Triump with a Suzuki 90 -hp four stroke , which is also a 2002. The motor is not peeing. Anyone please help?

The plastic piece where the "tell tale" stream of water comes from pops out. I would take it out and see if its plugged. If it's not, you will have to replace the impeller.
