1993 DT225 PTT Unit Removal Help !!!

Hello all, I'm new to Suzuki.
I am trying to get my PTT motor off to replace it. The Tilt lock pin is gaulded up and won't come out.Any idea's on that? Do I need to support the motor and remove the motor bolts and unscrew the clamp bracket shaft from the transom to get the unit out? Man a how to would be really nice. I have a manual, but it is very vague. I guess I need a factory manual in lieu of this seloc. I sure wished I had started this earlier, Galveston fishing is ready to turn on. HELP

Yes you will need to support the motor up, may have to move one clamp bracket over on transom to get enough clearance to remove power trim unit.

I got it off, motor replaced and back in. Thanks for the help, it was just what I needed.
