overheated 1992 dt 115

hello all i am new to the boating world i have a 1992 dt115 2stroke that my dad drug through the mud and it over heated melted the temp sensor.
i have low compression on 3 cyls and bubbling through the head gasket
i have tried with out success to find a manual for this model. can anyone tell me what is the max head worpage torque specs for the heads and covers
can the heads be milled and is there anything else i need to look for

You should have no warpage, yes head can be decked. The following link should assist you with the manual.
