Trouble light on 1989 DT25C

Recently my 1989 dt25c has a red trouble light that comes on when I try to move the throttle beyond half way open. Then the motor acts like it is cutting out and keeping the revs down. If I keep the throttle below half way open the motor runs fine.

Just below the red light are three symbols that I don't know what they indicate one looks like an oil can symbol.

I have a DT25C/30C service manual that isn't very good. It doesn't show the symbols or the red trouble light.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

You motor is going into limp mode, my guess has something to do with your oil.
