Suzuki DT30c starting issue

Engine will only start when choke is out and than revs to full RPM. Put the choke in idles low and most of the time dies especially when you go into gear. Once warmed up or running at higher speed runs like a dream. Thanks in advance for any help on the problem.

Cold nature is not uncommen in two strokes. You can try raising the idle or running on half choke for a little while.

is there a way to limit the RPM's when the choke is out? tx

Check the choke linkage and throttle linkage to see if installed correctly.
