DF90 TO DF115 Conversion?

I have an 05 Suzuki DF90 that I want to convert to a 115, I have read a few posts on the matter and done some part # research and have found the only differences are the ECM and both camshafts. Now my question is I have found an 03 Johnson 115 that is being parted out and I know the camshafts will be the ones that I want but I am unsure if the ECM from the Johnson motor is manufactured by Suzuki or if Johnson has their own ECM and wiring harness?? Anybody with any information on this and how much work it would be to do the camshaft swap would be appreciated. I dont work on outboards but am a very experieced Service Technician,with a service manual I am not afraid to take on the job.

I just got pictures of the used Johnson 115 ecm and it is a Mitsubishi ecm, in other words it has the same part# as the Suzuki 115 ECM so it should be good to to go to for my Suzuki. If anyone has any other info on this conversion chime in. I am going to try and buy the used camshafts and ecm and am looking to do the swap next spring as I am to busy fishing and working to lay my motor up to do the camshaft swap.
