df 300 overheat

my df300 is overheating... there seems to be reduced water flow somewhere in the power head. when using the freshwater flush points the aft point passes water through tell tail and exhaust normally, the bow side point has significantly reduced water flow from both spots. the hose from bow side adapter to power head has been checked clear. has anyone experienced a similar problem?
