We have four of these and one has developed a problem.
This engine will start fine from hot or cold.
But after reaching operating temperature, above 4000 rpm, the engine starts to falter as if there were a fuel or air issue. Once back below 3000 rpm it is fine.
This has happened after a recent service where the cylinder head/thermostat was replaced due to a crack after overheating problems.
It has been back to a suzuki main dealer who have run diagnostic checks using their computer, but this suggests that all is ok, air/fuel etc. So we are at a loss to know where to find the fault.
We have also, swapped parts including the ECU from our other engines and also throttle cables and all the obvious things.
