60hp spark miss at mid-full throttle

I have a 60HP suzuki with jet drive in a 1988 jetstar jetboat. It is a suziki outboard that they mated to a jetdrive.
The motor runs fine at idle and start easily. Above idle, it misses and stumbles and never clears up. I changed plugs and cleaned the carbs.
With a timing light on the plug wires, you can see the spark missing intermitently above idle.
What do I check next?

Need to test ignition charge coil, timing sensor and CDI output voltage with a peak reading voltmeter to see if within specs at time engine is misfiring to see which component is at fault.
